This body is disgusting. Make me thin.

Sooo,

I burned 1030 calories, and did a few crunches.

I ate:

2 tiny clementines

About 25 grapes

7 carrots

(and thanks to my mother)

5 pieces of asparagus

Some hamburger helper beef strogonaff (maybe 200 calories worth?)

Id say thats about 350 calorie worth of food. better than yesterday.

Tomorrow i will probably be able to avoid dinner, so fruits and veggies only if i eat,

and gym!!
