I think I just need to do better restricting my amounts of food, then I will loose my weight… I can do this.
I’m addicted to food, I hate it.
The gym went very well, but I ate so much at the party/my mom’s dinner she made for me.

Breakfast - cereal and fruit and coffee
Lunch - Bar and fruit and tea
Dinner - tiny (a silk?)
Gym, no dessert.
Lets see if I can do this…

it may be only two pm, but i am done eating ugh i promise.
Ive eaten like 30 grapes, 5 strawberries, some jello, an apple & peanut butter, a bowl of go lean crunch & cheerios, a handful of peanuts, and a mocha. whoaaaa, i was just so hngry after the gym and my mom had just gone grocery shopping.
I think thats like 500 or 600 calories, but i burned 1050..
I WILL NOT EAT ANYTHING ELSE...

Okay. so Ive just decided that i need to stop being a stupid pussy and suck it up!
I want to be thin, so im going to do it. My goal is a flat stomach, and 109 by friday.
I can do this, ill be precious.
The past few days have been awful. Iv’e just been craving food constantly, and felt like eating more than anything, so i have and ive only been to the gym once, so now i gained again..
My legs do look thinner than they ever have, but my stomach is so puffy holy shit i have a pooch it makes no sense! It is so large and nasty i really just need to gym and fast tomorrow, but im craving eating!...
went to the gym, burned 1000.
But due to an unfortunate fender bender this morning, i was really shaken up all day, so my guard was down, and i was hysterical on the phone with my mom after school, so of course i proceeded to eat my feelings, and i guess i had ALOT of feelings.
Fuck this food baby, and tomorrow is jeans day. :/
Oh and tomorrow i must eat under 150(pleaseplease only fruits and...

I burned 1030 calories, and did a few crunches.
I ate:
2 tiny clementines
About 25 grapes
7 carrots
(and thanks to my mother)
5 pieces of asparagus
Some hamburger helper beef strogonaff (maybe 200 calories worth?)
Id say thats about 350 calorie worth of food. better than yesterday.
Tomorrow i will probably be able to avoid dinner, so fruits and veggies only if i eat,
and gym!!
